This year’s limited edition Christmas Coffee coffee is an especially complex blend, built with intention. We included:
• Fair Trade Organic Rwanda = for great blending and brightness
• Kenya AA = for intense flavor
• Organic Natural Ethiopian = for blueberry fruit
• Kona Fancy = for aroma and sweetness
• Organic Mexican Altura = for nutty-ness
• Celebes Kalossi = for earthy tones
• French Roast = for a smoky sweet finish
This is wonderfully layered coffee with lots of depth and a long lingering finish.  The label this year features a vintage Santa enjoying a mug of Carolines Coffee.
