There seem to be a lot of French Roasts which taste as if they are thrown together and burned. Not this one. Our French Roast is a carefully selected blend of four beans. We blend these coffees and carefully slow-roast them to a medium dark brown. In my opinion it is just perfect and, judging from our sales, you think so too. After all, this is far and away our best seller.
