The only place coffee is grown in the United States is in the state of Hawaii.  And the best known of these Hawaiian coffees is the Kona region, on the big island.

This Hawaii Kona Hills Extra Fancy comes from the historic Greenwell Farms and is grown in the Kealakekua region on the big island. The Kona district is a unique area, and the volcanic soil and micro-climate creates high quality coffee. These beans are fully washed and sun dried.

This is a beautiful coffee, and the quality shines in the cup. It is extremely smooth, with a delicate flavor of sweet caramel and orange blossom.
