Ethiopia Limu Washed Process

This Ethiopian coffee is grown from indigenous cultivars in the western coffee area of Ethiopia, to the southeast of the capital of Addis Ababa. This area is known for high elevation and beautiful coffees with floral and delicate fruit flavors.

This is a fully washed coffee, meaning that the fruit and parchment are removed before the beans are dried. The  Fahem General Trading PLC handles the processing and takes the utmost care with these beans.

We’ve roasted this light, and it tastes of grapefruit and meyer lemon, with notes of honeysuckle, and a sweet finish.
