Organic Biodynamic Brazil Fazenda Floresta

This organic Brazilian comes from the state of Bahia in eastern Brazil, near Chapada Diamantina National Park.  The farm is Fazenda Floresta (forest farm), which practices biodynamic farming.  They treat their soil as a living organism, and use cover crops to keep the ground fertile.

This is a pulped natural coffee, roasted light, and it tastes of sweet cream and chocolate.  It has great body and an aroma that wafts to you across a room.
