Ethiopia Guji 1 Natural Uraga

This is a remarkable Ethiopian bean from the birthplace of coffee.  It comes from the Uraga district in the Guji zone, and it is carefully processed at a private washing station owned by Feku Jiberil.

The term “natural” refers to the fact that it is dry-processed, or dried with the fruit still intact.  It has a bright and floral tones around a predominantly stone fruit flavor. If you like African beans, you’ll love this natural Ethiopian.
