Costa Rica La Pastora Tarrazu

This high grown coffee comes from the Coopetarrazu, which is committed to solidarity, transparency, sustainability, quality, and service.  Coopetarrazu is located in San Marcos de Tarrazú, San José, Costa Rica, and has been in existence since 1960.  They have over 3200 members, and work hard to help with improving farms and lives.

The result is a delicious, clean light roast, with delicate floral and chocolate notes and plum tones.  It has a nice acidity that lingers as you drink.  Smooth and tasty.  Mmmm.
