Costa Rica CoopeDota Yellow Honey Ecopulped

This coffee comes from Coopedota, a coffee cooperative in Santa Maria de Dota, Costa Rica.  In 2011, they were certified as the world’s first carbon-neutral coffee producer.  More than that, Coopedota works to offer social services and environmental protections while processing the highest quality coffee.

This yellow honey is a sweet and flavorful bean.  The term “yellow honey” refers to the fact that a portion of the pulp is left in place during drying.  In the cup it is especially smooth with light melon and stone fruit tones.
