Colombia Huila San Agustin

This high-grown bean from the Huila region of southern Colombia is an extraordinary coffee.  It comes from small, family-owned farms who come together around Proyecto San Agustin to focus on improving their production and their quality (see Royal Coffee).

This fully washed bean is smooth and full-bodied, with distinct chocolate notes.  It’s creamy and fills your mouth as you sip.  Delicious.
