Brazil Cerrado

Brazil is the world’s largest coffee producer.  The Cerrado region is the newest of three major Brazilian growing regions and has been building up its reputation over the last few decades.  Here coffee is grown on high plateaus at elevations peaking over 3,000 feet above sea level. 

This Brazil Cerrado bean is roasted light.  It’s smooth and favors a nutty/chocolatey flavor profile as opposed to a fruity flavor.  Slowly make your way through all our Brazilian offerings and see if you can taste a difference between the three growing regions.
