Single-Estate Guatemala Finca San José Ocaña

The Sanchez family has owned the Finca San José Ocaña for over 100 years.  They have their own mill on the premises, which allows them to control for quality.  This bean is grown above 6000 feet elevation.  This increases the density of this bourbon cherry, and allows for lower yields and higher quality.

In the cup this Guatemalan has great citrus tones of Meyer lemon and honey, with a lingering finish of cocoa nibs.  It’s a delicious way to start your day.
