A new employee favorite! 

This coffee comes from the Veracruz growing region in eastern Mexico where a pair of great grandchildren have taken over the family coffee sourcing business, ensuring the community of farmers has access to the best technical assistance and organic practices. 

The harvesting process is incredibly thorough. Cherries are meticulously sorted to remove any underripe or damaged coffee before depulping. Depulped coffee then undergoes an extended fermentation process to promote optimum flavor profiles. In fact, this coffee mill is so well-regarded within the coffee community that it was selected to mill the 2022 Cup of Excellence winning lots. And now, Carolines and our wonderful customers have the opportunity to try beans from this recognized mill as well!
