Costa Rica West Valley Monte Crisol

This is a beautiful Costa Rican, sourced from the COOPEPALMARES, a cooperative mill that was founded in 1962 (their website is here).  As a coop, they also run two supermarkets, and sell coffee to their own country.  They are board certified to be using environmentally sound practices, and they provide healthcare and a clinic for their members.
