Organic Java Kayumas Taman Dadar

This certified organic Java comes from the eastern part of the island, from Kayumas, and Taman Dadar translates as “flower garden.”  This perfectly describes the way this coffee is inter-cropped with other fruits and flowers, providing shade for the farmers, as well as food. 

In the cup it has sweet earthy tones, a medium body and a light acidity. It’s very mellow with a nutty finish.
