Organic Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural Addisu Kidane

How did this wonderful Ethiopian coffee get its name? Addisu Kidane happens to be the man behind the farm where these beans are grown. Kidane cultivated this single farmer lot on his 39-acre farm.  He’s been growing coffee since he was a child, taking over the family business from his father. 

You may have noticed the word “Natural” in the coffee’s name as well. This refers to the process by which the beans are harvested.  Natural process beans are sun-dried with the fruit still attached. This gives the coffee a fruity, complex flavor.  

This Organic Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural Addisu Kidane is a light roast.  Each sip brings you a  fruity flavor due to the natural process.  Expect notes of blueberry, dried apple and cocoa powder.
