Honduras Micro-Lot: Juan Angel Galdamez

This is a beautiful micro-lot Honduran, grown by Senor Galdamez on his 61 acre farm in the far west of the country, in Ocotepeque.  He has been farming for 15 years, and has his own mill so that he can fully process the coffee in place.

This is a washed bean, grown at a high elevation (over 4000′).  This Honduras coffee is roasted light and has sweet caramel tones with a nutty finish.  It has a medium to full body and it’s easy to sip.  An excellent single farm product.
