Fair Trade Organic Mexico Oaxaca Unecafe

This Mexican coffee has a medium body and a nutty flavor, with accents of chocolate and caramel.  It is certified fair trade and organic, and comes from the southern part of Mexico, in Oaxaca.

This coffee is grown by UNECAFE (Unidad Ecológica para el Sector Café Oaxaqueño): a group of farmers, many of whom come from indigenous groups, and 40% of whom are women.  Together they participate in:
