Fair Trade Organic Honduras Marcala COMSA

This special bean has been called a trifecta of all that is good about coffee. It’s the culmination of organic farm management practices, has a protected designation of origin and must meet meticulous post-harvest standards.

Grown in the Marcala region of southwest Honduras, this bean comes from Cafe Organico Marcala, S.A. (COMSA), a cooperative founded on the philosophy of their farmers living in harmony with nature.  COMSA offers a biodynamic demonstration farm where they hold educational seminars.  They are committed to supporting education at all levels, from local schools to coffee production.
