Kenya AA Peaberry

This is a classic African bean: snappy, with a high acidity and predominant citrus notes in the cup.  A peaberry occurs when there is only one coffee bean inside a coffee cherry, instead of the usual two.  It is a smaller, rounder bean, that tends to be higher in caffeine.
