Fair Trade Organic Rainforest Alliance Rwanda Dukunde Kawa Mbilima

This coffee is grown in the northern highlands of Rwanda and processed by the Dukunde Kawa Cooperative, at the Mbilima mill.  This cooperative is run by predominantly women farmers.  Together they are able to invest and improve the quality of their coffee and their lives.  They are now using some of their profits to help others form processing stations around the country.  It is Fair Trade Organic and Rainforest Alliance certified.

This is roasted light, with citrus tones in the front which then finish with an earthy and nutty flavor.  It has a medium acidity and body.
