This coffee comes from Coopedota, a coffee cooperative in Santa Maria de Dota, Costa Rica–in the heart of the famous Tarrazu growing region.  In 2011, they were certified as the world’s first carbon-neutral coffee producer.  More than that, Coopedota works to offer social services and environmental protections while processing the highest quality coffee.

This El Vapor is a sweet bean, with a beautiful bright acidity and a caramel finish.  It’s delicious, and we think that you will love it too.
