Colombia Mesa de los Santos Typica

Colombia Mesa De Los Santos Typica is sourced from a family-owned coffee estate.  In the mid 1800’s the 800-acre estate was managed by Telmo J Diaz. A man on the search for perfection.  The land has now passed to Telmo’s descendants but the search continues.  The estate has a decades-long program which pays wages well above the Colombian minimum salary and ensures free healthcare to those cultivating and processing the coffee.

This light roast has a sweet, herbal taste with notes of cherry juice, lemon and caramel.
