Colombia Cauca El Tambo AA

This coffee comes from a group of twelve farmers from El Tambo, in the Cauca region in the highlands of southwest Colombia.  It’s grown by a group of twelve farmers, each with their own micro-mill so that they can carefully process the coffee.  According to our broker, they work closely with:

This coffee cupped with an unusual brightness for a Colombian bean.  It has distinct citrus and stone fruit tones, and cools to a chocolate flavor.  Delicious.
