El Salvador Cerro Las Ranas Honey Process

Cerro Las Ranas means “mountain frogs.”  This coffee is grown by Jose Antonio Salaverria on his family farm, which features a lagoon with thousands of frogs.  The Salaverria family both grows and processes the coffee on their farm, which insures quality control. 

This pulped natural coffee (also called honey), is sweet with caramel and vanilla tones.  It is roasted light and you get a stone fruit flavor as you sip.  The care in this coffee shines.
