This micro-lot Costa Rica Gesha coffee was grown by Fabio Ruiz Vargas, and processed by the CoopeVictoria. It comes from the mountains of the Valle Central region.

Gesha is a variety of arabica that is consistently rated as the top in the world, with an exquisite floral flavor.

Honey processed coffees are dried with the last layer of fruit still attached, and they range from yellow to red to black. This black honey is a step below a full natural.

The combination of these premium beans with this special processing makes for a unique cup of coffee, with an amazing aroma. The taste is sweet, with notes of jasmine, meyer lemon, and black cherry. Enjoy!
