Organic Dark Roast Sumatra

This coffee came to us by mistake one day. Our roaster was distracted and slightly over-roasted a batch of our Organic Gayo Mountain Sumatra. It looked so good with those large Sumatran beans all dark and shiny, that we decided to brew up a pot right then. It was delicious! Nice body and a rich flavor which seemed to linger forever. This is a perfect single varietal dark roast.
