This Fair Trade Organic Costa Rican comes from a multi-generational family farm called Finca Las Gravilias, in Tarrazu. It is grown by Roberto Jimenez, who is passionate about his 30 acre farm, and applies cutting edge organic practices and diversifies his shade cover.
All this quality and care shine through in the cup. We roasted these special beans light, and it has notes of sweet caramel and pecan, with a delicate floral finish. Enjoy!

This Fair Trade Organic Costa Rica Tarrazu Monarca comes with a special label that echoes the monarch butterfly & flowers printed on the burlap bag that the green coffee came in.
