This gift package is for the coffee aficionado who wants to learn more abouth the details of their daily brew.

This selection showcases two different processing methods in what would otherwise be a similar coffee: both organic, rainforest alliance certified beans from the Kintamani Highlands of Bali.

One coffee is wet-hulled, or Giling Basah in Indonesian, the unique traditional processing method in Bali–where the beans are milled and the parchment removed before the beans are dried to the proper moisture content. It has a distinct blue hue.

The other is a natural, or dry processed, meaning that it is sun-dried with the fruit still intact.  This gives it strong berry notes in the final cup.

Brew these side by side and notice the difference that processing gives to your coffee.  Enjoy!
