Mexican Altura Oaxaca Sierra Juarez Especial

This is a beautiful Mexican bean, from the south of the country.  The farmers there are dealing with a leaf rust epidemic, and this coffee was specifically sourced to help the farmers.  Royal Coffee is paying a premium for quality beans from the region (see here) and this Sierra Juarez Especial is the result of that partnership.

It is roasted light with sweet chocolate tones, and it leaves a creamy taste in your mouth as you sip.
