This coffee comes from northern Malawi, to the west of Lake Malawi. It is fully washed and comes from a cooperative of family farms. They promote gender equity and support their community with projects like helping build a local hospital.
It brews up a sweet citrus cup, with a medium to high acidity. In the cup you taste dried fig, honey, and pear tones, with a lemon finish.
