Guatemala Antigua Bella Carmona

A bean with a very pronounced aroma from this well-known coffee growing region.  Hacienda Bella Carmona is part of the Antigua Coffee Producers Association, dedicated to traceability of Antigua coffees.  Grown by fourth generation coffee farmer Luis Pedro Zelaya Zamora in the highlands, it is a fully washed bean.  It’s lightly roasted and medium bodied, with sweet notes of chocolate, caramel, and vanilla.   A delicious way to start your day.
