Fair Trade Organic Honduras Capucas SHG

This Honduras coffee is a SHG, or strictly high grown bean, from a co-op of farmers in mountains of western Honduras, in Copan.  The co-op of about 70 farmers was established in 1999, and they work together to process their coffee meticulously and to improve the quality of life in their community.

This coffee is well loved by those who try it.  The beans have a deep chocolate scent and in the cup it tastes of toasted pecans with a nice acidity that dances on your tongue.
