El Salvador La Cubana El Chipilinar

El Salvador La Cubana El Chipilinar is a micro-lot coffee grown exclusively by the Dada Peña family. It comes from the far west of the country, in the Apaneca/Ilametepec mountains. This is a perfect area for coffee cultivation, with high elevation volcanic soil.
La Cubana farm has donated land for an elementary school in their area, and they continue to support education. The primary school now has 85 students.
We’ve roasted this coffee light, and it tastes sweet, with notes of caramel and a tart finish. Enjoy.
