Costa Rica Tarrazu Don Oscar

This is a beautiful micro-lot Costa Rican, grown by Alejandro Solis in the San Jose region of Tarrazu, Costa Rica.  Tarrazu is known for their delicate coffees, with great aroma, and this one is no exception.  The Solis family has their own mill, Don Oscar, so they are able to control production from seed to exporting.  This allows for a maximum of control and quality that shows in the cup.

Roasted light, this Costa Rican tastes of chocolate and nuts with a light stone fruit aftertaste.
