Costa Rica Andres Chalino Micro-Lot

This high grown coffee comes from a family farm owned by Andres Chalino, and is processed at the Beneficio El Cedro.  Sr. Chalino is part of the Asociación de Agricultores de la Violeta de Desamparados, which is committed to sustainability.  You can see a video about the co-op here, although it is in Spanish.

In the cup, this micro-lot is sweet, with tones of milk chocolate and strawberries.  It has a beautiful floral aroma.  Delicious.
