Colombia South Huila Albania Micro-Lot

This is a beautiful micro-lot Colombian, from growers Carlos Ramon Diaz and Sebastian Diaz.  It comes from the southern part of the Huila department, and is grown in the Andes mountains.  We roast it light and it has great flavor of sweet fruit and herbal tones.
