Organic Sulawesi Rantekarua Estate

This organic bean is grown on the slopes of Mount Karua, in the Tana Toraja regency of south Sulawesi (formerly known as Celebes).  It is a fully washed coffee, in a region with mostly wet-hulled processing. 

This is a beautiful Sulawesi, grown above 5000 feet.  In the cup it tastes crisp and sweet, with a vanilla caramel flavor.  This Organic Sulawesi is a treat to have in stock, and we’re excited to share it with you.
