Organic Papua New Guinea Timuza

This organic bean from the Eastern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea won the National Cupping Competition in 2016.  It’s grown at high elevation by farmers from the Timuza co-operative.  In the cup it has strong fruity flavors of plum, apricot and mango.
