Mexico Altura Oaxaca Sierra Juarez Especial

This long name designates a coffee from the Sierra Juarez mountain range, grown at high elevation (Altura) in the state of Oaxaca in Mexico.  It’s a fully washed coffee, meticulously prepared.  We roasted it light and it has a delicious medium body and tastes of sweet cocoa and soft molasses tones.
