Maui Grown

This coffee is grown on the slopes above Lahaina in Maui.  If you are visiting Maui, you can stop by the plantation and take a tour.  We brought this in green, and roasted it light.  It is smooth, with a medium-body and a clean flavor in the cup.  The finish has chocolate tones.
