Sulawesi Toraja (Celebes Kalossi)

This Sulawesi (formerly Celebes) has the full-bodied richness typical of Indonesian coffees-with a bit brighter, more vivid and tangy flavor. This is a favorite among our staff, and the light roast on the beans brings out a toasted toffee finish.  It comes from the Toraja people of South Sulawesi.
