Great cup of coffee. I pressed this with near boiling water through my AeroPress coffee press. I am not a fan of dark roasted/burned coffee flavor, so this bean is right in my tasting palate. This was an EXTREMELY tasty cup of coffee. I really like a medium roast and mild coffee. I picked up some softer caramel notes with a rich mocha flavor to this bean.
