Yes, we will be closed for Thanksgiving. I hope that you all enjoy the day with family and friends. This Friday we will be open until 9 pm for the annual Grass Valley Cornish Christmas event. This is a great time for the whole family–my kids especially like the “Kettle Korn” vendor and visiting with Santa.

The free Santa’s Workshop on Mill Street even offers free gift wrapping and crafts for the kids. They can even decorate a cookie. My kids love to write a letter to Santa, and they always get one back. Check out the Grass Valley Downtown Association website here for more information. Santa’s Workshop is open for every Cornish Christmas, and then from 1-4 each Saturday and Sunday in December and 12-2 on the 23rd and 24th.
Before you head up the street come on in for an Eggnog Latte or one of our Peppermint Mochas. We have hot chocolate with marshmallows or homemade whip cream for the little ones. Happy Thanksgiving and welcome to the holidays!
